On July 2, 1990, Marc Reck opened Reck Agri Services, Inc., at it's current location.  Initially when making the decision to locate to Sterling, Marc realized and considered the importance of:  Sterling being the trade center for northeast Colorado; the need for professional real estate brokerage services specializing in the sale of farm & ranch real estate; and being fully committed to the agricultural community and region within 1 - 1 1/2 hour radius of Sterling.  Reck Agri Realty  & Auction _TM has developed a database of over 9,000 landowners and 1,300 prospective buyers and business professionals, all of which is the backbone of our marketing program.  Reck Agri Realty  & Auction _TM specializes and sells exclusively farm & ranch properties either by private treaty or public auction.  Over the years Reck Agri Realty  & Auction _TM has built a trusted and respected business reputation and prides itself with the track record of selling 93% of the properties listed for sale and closing over 758 transactions.
