One buyer was a CRP investor, one buyer was a adjoining property owner, and one buyer was an investor.  44 auction attendees with 11 registered bidders.  84 days from signing of listing contract to closing.

The buyer was from out of state but eventually moved into the improvements and leases the farm to a tenant. 33 auction attendees with 19 registered bidders.  82 days from signing of listing contract to closing.

Both buyers were owner operators. 42 auction attendees with 13 registered bidders.  67 days from signing of listing contract to closing.
