sale within the same auction. Both properties are situated in NE Washington
County, CO and located 8 to 10 miles N of Otis, CO. The Sellers are conveying
100% of owned mineral rights to the Buyer(s). The ERNEST & EUNICE HANSEN
TRUST DRYLAND PROPERTY
to be offered in 4 parcels, 2 combos, and as a
single unit. The Hansen Trust consists of 272.9+/- acres of dryland, 37.6+/-
acres with 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with pasture & dryland, and 87.0+/- acres
pasture with Hwy 61 frontage. 132.2+/- acres is wheat stubble and the Buyer(s)
to receive possession upon closing. 140.7+/- acres is currently fallow to be
