Pipe, steel panel with cement bunk & apron. The design & infrastructure for an additional 15,000 head expansion is in place. CAFO permit for 25,000 head. 4 commercial livestock wells. Cardinal platform scale. Available feed in the area includes wet distillers grain, dryland & irrigated dry corn and silage, alfalfa, and wheat/corn stock roughage. Includes rolling stock.
