Meyer property includes 128.3 +/- acres of pivot irrigated, 766.8 +/- acres of dryland, & 8.2 +/- acres of CRP Land for Sale. The Buyer(s) will have possession of stubble upon closing, possession of corn ground upon harvest, and possession of planted wheat upon 2015 harvest.
