Our database of landowners, buyers, past buyers, past sellers, and business professionals is the backbone of our business. Included within this database is landowners within 33 counties in Eastern Colorado, Western Kansas, and Nebraska (North Platte west). With each landowner record includes legal description and we can sort within 20, 30, or 75 radius of any property. Also included are buyers and the type of property they are looking for and every banker, attorney, and CPA within this trade area.

Our website is the center piece of our marketing program. Whether it is print, radio, digital advertising, and/or email and text messaging blasts, all methods are intended to drive traffic to our web pages. Our website is continually optimized to assure that when an interested buyer types keywords searching for a certain type of property, your listing will appear and/or they can click through to your auction or property for sale on our website. The website also exposes your auction and/or property for sale worldwide 24/7/365 to a pool of buyers traditional advertising cannot reach.
Color Brochure – Showcases your property with pertinent information
A color brochure to be created to showcase your property. The brochure includes eye catching photos and pertinent information i.e. location, aerial, and parcel maps along with the property information. This brochure is available on our website to be downloaded and included within our Email and Text message blasts.
Direct Mail Campaign – Color brochures & newsletters mailed to targeted audiences
Typically 4,000 to 6,000 color brochures will be mailed to the following:
- Surrounding landowners within 30 – 50 mile radius of your property
- Business professionals i.e. bankers, attorneys, etc who may have clients interested in properties like yours, past auction attendees and our buyer database
- Using the Farm Market iD database and Precision Reach, we can target specific producers and landowners in defined territories.
We find mailing the color brochures to surrounding and targeted landowners is the most effective means to market your property as you are sending to the individuals who have made the commitment to live and work in this area, knows what the area will produce, and may want to expand their current operation.
Email & Text Message Blast – Instant messaging of properties for sale & auctions
We send weekly email and text messaging blasts to our growing database of interested buyers and business professionals. Emails feature properties for sale via private treaty or auction/under contract/sold and other timely information. Both are efficient methods to keep interested buyers and professionals informed and again drives traffic to the website to see your property.
